Lotissement « El Khalij » : Approval by local by-law n° 6/92 of April 7th, 1992. It relates to a zone which covers a surface of 150ha located between the Lake and the expressway Tunis – La Marsa, and belonging to the communal perimeter of Tunis.
Lotissement Nord Ouest C: Approval by local by-law n° 7/93 of September 15th, 1993. Belonging to the communal perimeter of the Tunis Commune, the allotment of the North-western Zone C was designed in the shape of an entertainment and leisure park.

Northern (150 ha) and Northern-west C (50 ha) allotments were the first operational units of the lake project. The realization of the infrastructures and equipment of these allotments has cost about 50 millions Dinars as a direct investment.

Urbanization of these allotments reached 81,21% by the end of november 2009. .
