Main projected urban operations within the framework of the revised project of the detailed Master plan of the North-eastern zone of the lake
The project is centred on sport making of the sports activities of high level an axis of development of a vast urban operation (approximately 245ha).It aims at the creation of an entity of a city of multiple urban functions equipped with a modern infrastructure respecting the environment.
The project deals with the lay out of a golf course and the construction of academies and sporting infrastructures for various disciplines. The unit will be meant for the great champions and world athletes. This part of the project will be implemented on the land currently occupied by the Aïn Zaghouan forest of which covers approximately 118ha.
The project also comprises urban operations for business, services, trade, housing, utility services, entertainment and leisure. These activities will be projected on the grounds of urban vocation which cover an area of about 127 ha from "La Cité des Pins" allotment up to Kheireddine activity zone

| - Le Quartier du vieux port
Le Quartier du Vieux Port which represents the only zone of extension of La Goulette centre covers a surface of 67ha. It will represent, for the years to come, a strategic stake for the development and the reconciliation of the historical La Goulette centre with its environment while opening directly on the Tunis Lake.
The future zone of extension will be organized around a central park along an East-West axis and will be bordered by great height buildings enabling La Goulette to have a modern centre. This centre will have to play a role in the development of the agglomeration while profiting from the immediate proximity of Tunis Sports City, of La Goulette port and Radès port.
In addition, it is to point out that the said zone is served by structuring axes notably: the RR23 and the expressway Tunis - TGM while having a direct connection with the Radès bridge.
| Location: The allotment "L’Espace des Affaires" is located in the communal territory of LaGoulette Municipality.
Character of the allotment : The allotment is located opposite the International Fair of Tunis.
It is composed of two entities, one is assigned to the construction of collective lodgings and the other to the parking. The buildings will have multi functional use of housing, offices, services and trade.
The whole of the allotment will enjoy the immediate proximity of the Kheireddine activities zone, of the International Fair of Tunis, of Tunis Sports City operation and the existing urban zones of Kram and La Goulette.
The proximity of the allotment of the fair, activities zones and Rades port will make it a business district.

The allotment is mainly assigned to offices and service activities.
| An urban park, of a surface of approximately 106ha will be arranged on the lands subjected to the air constraints of Tunis Carthage airport. These lands which served for mud storage during the drainage works of the water plane are currently under restoration and the completion of this operation is planned for the year 2010.
The concerned zone presents from the environment viewpoint a sufficient attraction to be arranged as a park. Indeed, it profits from a direct and exceptional opening on all the water plane and benefits from a direct view on all the components which make a landscape that could be seen from the Tunis Lake.
The project will be carried out through the study of a landscape and external equipment Master plan which shall regulate the ground occupation, the management and the maintenance of the future park.
